The Hormone Optimization Program does not include:

Cost of prescriptions or supplements.

Follow up visits. We typically recommend follow up visits every 3-6 months based on your optimization plan. These are billed separately at $150 per visit.

Follow up labs. Initial labs are included, but any follow up labs will be billed separately (and typically range from $100-$200 depending on what labs are ordered).

Comprehensive consultation with a licensed medical provider to review your health history, symptoms, and goals.

3. Lab Work

You will be given an order for an advanced hormone lab panel to assess key markers such as sex hormones, thyroid, and adrenal hormones.

4. Follow up

You will receive a personalized treatment plan with evidence-based recommendations tailored to your unique needs, along with access to secure messaging for questions.
