About Your Provider
Welcome! My name is Stephanie Romo, and I'm the founder and CEO of Revize Health. I'm a Family Nurse Practitioner, and have experience in lifestyle medicine, women's health, and sports medicine. I started this practice so that I can have the opportunity to work with people who are motivated to optimize their health and feel their best! I'm looking forward to learning more about you and supporting you in your health and wellness journey.
